HOW CAN I PAY?

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

You will receive your invoice directly after placing your order via email.

HOW IS VAT SHOWN?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is shown separately on every invoice.

CAN I PLACE A TAX-FREE ORDER?

We do not offer tax-free orders.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Installment payments are currently not possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING ARE THE COSTS?

Shipping within is free for orders over CHF 250. For orders under CHF 250, shipping costs CHF 10.50. Shipping outside the EU costs CHF 25.00.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?

All orders within Europe are shipped via DPD, and in Switzerland via Swiss Post.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PACKSTATION?

DPD does not deliver to Packstations.

RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

Please return the order unworn and undamaged to:

Once the goods have arrived, we will refund the amount according to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not covered.
