General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Space Rhino GmbH Online Shop

1. Scope and Contracting Parties

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Space Rhino GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers via the online shop at [URL of the online shop] (hereinafter "Online Shop").

1.2 The customer's contractual partner is Space Rhino GmbH, represented by Jennifer Pearl Holzmeister.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The presentation of goods in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

2.2 By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The Seller will confirm receipt of the order immediately by email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.

2.3 A contract is only concluded when the Seller accepts the order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or dispatches the goods to the customer.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 All prices in the online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made by prepayment, credit card, or other payment methods offered by the seller.

3.4 Space Rhino GmbH retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.

4.2 Shipping costs are shown separately in the respective offer and are borne by the customer, unless free shipping has been offered.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. Details regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in the cancellation policy, which will be sent to the customer separately with the order confirmation.

5.2 Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery by the seller.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.

7. Data Protection

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 All legal relations between the parties are governed by Swiss law.

8.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the registered office of Space Rhino GmbH.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing.

9.2 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
